The Best from Down Under: 8 Australian Wines and Spirits You Have to Try

the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

We’ve turned Down under upside down to find their greatest wines and spirits, perfect for Australia Day but also any other day, let’s be honest!

Aussie grape vines are some of the oldest in the world, and with such diverse terroir, it’s no wonder that Aussies only import 20% of their wine – they know they’ve got some of the best already on their doorstep.

Whilst wines might be their best-known output, they’re also flourishing with spirits, producing some delicious, distinct, and characterful bottles that we love. These are 8 you have to try.

Spirits

Brookie's Byron Dry Gin

brookie's gin the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

The work of the Brook Family at their Cape Byron Distillery, this gin is a celebration of the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers. 17 of the 25 botanicals are native to this area around Byron Bay, including raspberries, cinnamon, aniseed, finger limes, river mint and macademia. Juniper ultimately leads the way, but backed up by raspberry, liquorice, macademia, zesty citrus and lively cinnamon… there is so much to love. It makes incredible Gin Martinis.

Starward Fortis Whisky

starward the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

Big but elegant, this bold single malt shows what Australia whisky can do. It’s matured completely in American oak that previously held red wine, so you get plenty of jammy berries, dried fruits and oaky vanilla. The sips are super smooth too, coating the mouth with warming cinnamon and clove spice. With richness and depth of flavour, this is incredibly well rounded and well worth picking up.

Size: 700ml
ABV: 50%
Find here: £58.95 (usually more!)

Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Vermouth

regal rouge wild rose vermouth the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

We love Regal Rogue because they really go for it with the wines in their Vermouth selection. With Wild Rosé, they deliver a big and bright fruit-forward expression making the most of native Illawara plums, rosella, and strawberries with Barossa Cabernet Rosé for a stunning red fruit symphony. Refreshing, complex, subtle and satisfying.

Size: 500ml
ABV: 16.5%
Find here: £18.30

Bundaberg Rum

bundaberg rum the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

Some people refuse to accept this Queensland gem is a rum because it doesn’t quite reach the 37.5% minimum ABV, but when you taste it you won’t care one bit. The slightly lower percentage gives way to demerara sweetness with heaps of spicy molasses. Bundaberg is known for its distinctive character, carrying heaps of sugary spice right through to the mellow finish. It's smooth and soft but we’d recommend it with a mixer like ginger beer to get the most out of it.

Size: 700ml
ABV: 37%
Find here: £32.04 (usually more!)

Manly Spirits Co. Marine Botanical Vodka

manly spirits vodka the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

This Sydney distillery focuses on maximum flavour extraction using Australian wheat. In fact, the process is just like a gin but without the juniper. Sustainable native marine botanicals like sea parsley and kelp produce a maritime, savoury profile with the perfect touch of salt. If you’re into Dirty Martinis, then an umami gem like this is a must try.

Size: 700ml
ABV: 41.6%
Find here: £34.79

Wine

Greasy Fingers Chardonnay

greasy fingers the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

Quite a newcomer from Pernod Ricard, this decadent drop fulfils its label promise of ‘big and buttery’. Oaky vanilla hits from the first sip, and the palate fills out with orchard fruits, but it’s the buttery, creamy deliciousness that steals the show, and makes this a tremendous companion for, as they say, greasy foods.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 13%
Find here: £10

Mino & Co A Growers Touch Durif 2022

mino and co durif the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

There’s such a beautiful colour to this Aussie red – an inviting crimson red. Mulberry and blueberry dominate a seductive nose, followed by signature Durif palate flavours of dark fruits, hints of vanilla and coconut, and powerful mulberry again. A little oaky spice on the finish too. This is a wine that booms.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 14%
Find here: £10.98

Bird in Hand Sparkling

bird in hand sparkling the best from down under 8 australian wines and spirits you have to try the three drinkers

Sarah Burvill, one of the world’s leading winemakers, is at the helm of Bird in Hand in the Adelaide Hills, and her fizz is top notch. It’s her flagship style, all starting from some of the world’s oldest, richest soils. Behind that beautiful blush is a tantalising and elegant warm climate dryness, with strawberries from the Pinot Noir and pretty, fruity depths.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 12.5%
Find here: £15.99

Of course, this is just a drop in the ocean (albeit a delicious drop) when it comes to Australian wine. Check out more of the best Down Under wines here!

The Top 10 UK Gastropubs of 2024

the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Once again, the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs of 2024 has been unveiled. Over 100 industry professionals have the (incredible) job of visiting the country’s finest gastropubs, judging the experience, and ranking them, looking out for charming décor, welcoming atmospheres, stunning views, great drinks lists and of course, mouth-watering dishes.

After much deliberation, they’ve narrowed it down to 50, and these 10 represent gastropub bliss. You can find the full list at the bottom of this page to see your nearest pub, but for now let’s dive into the Top 10 (starting at 10 of course because we have a penchant for suspense).

10. The Hand & Flowers, Buckinghamshire

the hand and flowers the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Retaining its top ten spot, Tom Kerridge’s The Hand & Flowers is the only pub in the UK to achieve something totally unique- two Michelin stars. This rustic, whitewashed pub hosts traditional French cuisine (haute) such as duck liver parfait with orange chutney and their chocolate and ale cake which has become a spectacle in its own right. Luxurious cottages also owned by the pub are available, including a renowned breakfast.

9. Freemasons at Wiswell

freemasons the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Nestled into the picturesque Ribble Valley of Lancashire is Freemasons, a quaint and refined slice of country dining. Seasonal, local produce intertwines with world flavours creatively, like the roast loin and kofta of Nidderdale lamb with barbeque lettuce, mint yoghurt, and miso aubergine. Flavours can be experimental, with wild, sharp freshness, but their relentless Top 10 placing shows that with chef Steven Smith it’s in good hands. Summer BBQ, chippy teas and tasting evenings have cemented this pub as part of Wiswell.

8. The Star Inn, York

the star inn the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

By chance, another Stephen Smith heads up The Star Inn in York, and he’s also the 2023 Food & Drink Awards Chef of the Year. Close your eyes, imagine a country gastropub, and this is probably not far off what you’re seeing. Cosy, quaint and adorned with a Michelin star, a fire meant The Star was out of last year’s list, but its position on every list before is a testament to its quality. Their foie gras with black pudding and sticky scrumpy reduction is the flagship dish for their ‘rich man, poor man’ style.

7. Parkers Arms, Clitheroe

parkers arms the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Last year’s winner (and 2nd the year before that), Parkers Arms, situated in an Area of Outstanding National Beauty, is no stranger to awards. Looking out over rolling hills, it’s isolated for sure, but why would you want to be anywhere else? Chef-patron Stosie Madi has created a true gastropub, starring locally foraged and sourced produce with two intentions – incredible flavours, and plates that fill you up. Dog-friendly, expansive drinks selections, this is a proper gastropub.

6. The Red Lion and Sun, Highgate, London

red lion and sun the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Up from 10th place, this is a truly historic site, with a pub here in charming Highgate Village since the 1500s – though you can bet that the food wasn’t this good then. Whether in the sun-kissed garden, or by the cosy log burner, this gastropub delivers a rustic yet modern experience. Freshness is the order of the day, with new menus (sometimes every day), and the extensive wine list is exceptional.

A coastal dream, The Sportsman watches over the Kent coast, and has, for decades now, been one of the absolute top maritime pilgrimages for foodies. With such vivid surroundings, chef-patron Stephen Harris wears his inspirations on his chef whites, with homemade sea salt, Seasalter meat farms and local foraging. Take the slip sole grilled in seaweed butter for example, which uses seaweed from the beach that you can see from the restaurant.

4. The Fordwich Arms

the fordwich arms the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Fordwich in leafy Kent is England’s smallest town, but the Michelin-starred Fordwich Arms is proof that the best things arrive in small packages. On the banks of the River Stour, this stunning red brick building dressed in green ivy makes the most of local ingredients. This gastropub has been continuously rising through the ranks, praised for its relaxed style, tasteful décor and exceptional menus – the à la carte menu for example includes rock oysters, Orkney scallop with apple, kohlrabi and vadouvan spices and roast saddle of Chart Farm Sika venison with chestnut, celeriac and spiced fig. Yum.

3. The Mariners, Cornwall

mariners the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Onto the podium places now with the yellow paint of The Mariners. Headed up by Paul Ainsworth, it came 11th last year and has now shot up with six exceptional menus inclusive to vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free and children. Seaside specials like crisp pollock hot dogs are available of course, but the grill has quite the reputation too with 40-day 800g beef ribs blowing diners away.

What a rise! From 12th to 2nd, The Cornish Arms is the love child of husband-and-wife duo John and Emma Hooker, delivering unpretentious dishes brimming with simple, mouth-watering flavours. Their commitment to local, fresh produce is exceptional but they’ve also been praised for the affordable pricing of such quality dishes. For starter? Pheasant Scotch egg, blue cheese and beer pickled onions? For main? Poached and roasted lamb belly in lamb gravy? For dessert? Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce? There are plenty of options for every dish, but you’re guaranteed to get a proper gastropub experience whatever you pick.

1. The Unruly Pig, Woodbridge, Suffolk

unruly pig the top 10 uk gastropubs of 2024 the three drinkers

Runner up last year, this year’s winner is The Unruly Pig, reclaiming its 2022 title. Inside this crooked 16th century inn you’ll find gastronomic magic, but always retaining that cosy pub feel with beams and burners for days. 60 wines and incredible craft beers join home-made cordials and local fruit juices on the drink’s menu. For food, the focus remains on ‘Britalian’ creativity. Think celeriac and mushroom lasagna. Halibut and avruga caviar sauce with seaweed potatoes. Perhaps the most famous dish is the unruly Tiramisu which sounds divine. Free-from menus are also thoughtful. It’s everything you want from a gastropub, and the numerous awards (not just this one) speak volumes.

The Grapefruit and Ginger Fizz Mocktail

grapefruit and ginger fizz mocktail the three drinkers

This refreshing beauty embraces the winter warmth of cinnamon and ginger, whilst looking forward to the sunnier times ahead with bright grapefruit and lime. The key here is the balance between sweet syrup, cosy spice, and citric tang. The grapefruit juice you use is up to you of course (pink/red juices are dryer and sweeter, whereas white is more bitter and acidic), but we would encourage freshly squeezed for a vibrant feel. Cinnamons syrup is one of our favourites, and don’t be put off thinking you need to go out and buy it – it’s so easy to make, as you can see in our Simple Homemade Cocktail Syrup Guide here. You could also experiment with a No-Lo dark or spiced rum alternative in this too - now that would be interesting. You can find a link to our best alternatives under this recipe!

Ingredients (for 1)
90ml grapefruit juice (ideally fresh)
25ml cinnamon syrup
15ml lime juice
Ginger beer to top up
Cinnamon stick (garnish)

Method
1.      Shake grapefruit juice, cinnamons syrup and lime juice with ice until it feels cold to the touch.
2.      Strain into a glass over ice (Highball is perfect). Consider double straining if you squeezed your own grapefruit and lime juice.
3.      Top up the glass with ginger beer (it should be the same amount or more than the grapefruit juice).
4.      Garnish to make it look pretty – cinnamon works, or a grapefruit wedge if you have any left.
5.      Enjoy!

Sainsbury’s Red Wine Discounts January 2024

La Masseria Del Borgo Primitivo Manduria

supermarket wine bargains sainsbury's january 2024 the three drinkers

This Puglia red is stocked full of dark berries – think blackcurrants and black cherries, richly delivered right through to a very long finish. It really is rich, not a million miles away from some Tawny Ports, but it’s so satisfying and delicious.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 13.5%
Find here: £11 (usually £12.50)

Santodeno Sangiovese Appassimento

supermarket wine bargains sainsbury's january 2024 the three drinkers

The Sangiovese grapes used here are hand-picked and slow-dried, creating a fabulous easy-drinking, jammy richness. Blackberry, vanilla and cherry intertwine, but there’s enough acidity slicing through too, making it a wonderful companion for heavier Italian dishes.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 14%
Find here: £9 (usually £11)

Piccini Memoro

supermarket wine bargains sainsbury's january 2024 the three drinkers

You may already know this Italian red because it has established itself as a bargain amongst the UK supermarkets… and even more so at this price. It balances full-bodied plum, black cherry and vanilla with warm oak and subtle tobacco but retains a lightness too somehow. A cosy, loveable winter wine if ever there was one.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 13.5%
Find here: £7.25 (usually £8.75)

Apothic Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine

supermarket wine bargains sainsbury's january 2024 the three drinkers

Cabernet and Zinfandel combine in this American red, plush with up-front dark fruits, and good oaky structure. The texture is probably what stands out most in this wine because the smoothness is absolutely to die for. So moreish.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 13.5%
Find here: £9 (usually £10.50)

Sainsbury’s White Wine Discounts January 2024

Yealands Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough

supermarket wine bargains sainsbury's january 2024 the three drinkers

We love shouting about this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc because it completely deserves it. The pretty label pops on the shelf, and the liquid inside pops even more. It’s bright and bold, with tropical passionfruit, mango and kiwi at the fore, bitter grapefruit tang, and a lovely minerality. Just incredible for under a tenna.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 12.5%
Find here: £9 (usually £11.50)

Rocca Murer Pinot Grigio Trentino

supermarket wine bargains sainsbury's january 2024 the three drinkers

This straw-coloured Trentino beauty brings a mineral lightness to its fruit of peach and apples, and a crispness throughout every sip. Accompanied by the undertones of citrus and grassy tones, we recommend it with food such as shellfish, mushrooms or mellow vegetarian dishes.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 12.5%
Find here: £7 (usually £8.25)

Diablo Golden Chardonnay Chile

supermarket wine bargains sainsbury's january 2024 the three drinkers

Silver Moki Sauvignon Blush

A bit different, this is a Rosé interpretation of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. As you might expect, it retains the fresh crispness of white wine and great citric bite. But then comes silky, lush floral strawberry and ripe peach. Admittedly, they’re subtler than they are in most Rosé, but the zesty balance struck up is magical, and it feels like it should be way pricier (but don’t tell Sainsbury’s!)

What Should I Drink With Haggis?

what should i drink with haggis the three drinkers

Everyone knows haggis is synonymous with the Scots, but fewer could actually pinpoint what is and why it it’s a cultural icon. Well, one of the reasons is poet Robert Burns. He penned the poem Address To A Haggis, and five years after his death in 1801, his friends gathered and served haggis in his memory. Since then, it’s become quite the annual event.

Haggis itself is a crumbly sausage pudding with rich, dense, warming peppery flavour. Recipes vary, but generally sheep’s pluck (heart, lungs, and liver – nothing goes to waste), oatmeal, onion, suet, spiced and salt combine. Traditionally, the casing was made from animal stomach but that’s rarer these days. On the side, you’ll often find buttery mash, swede, turnips, and gravy, so that all needs to be considered for the pairing.

Any self-respecting Scot will pretty much always choose to pair whisky with haggis, as we’ll go into below. However, there are a few alternative routes to go down!

Whisky

whisky what should i drink with haggis the three drinkers

Like haggis, Burns put his love for whisky to ink with the poem Scotch Drink. As a celebration of a famous Scot and an iconic Scottish dish, Scotch has to come along for the ride too. It’s not just traditional though, because it actually marries haggis fantastically well.

You can either pick a Scotch that contrasts the dish, or one that overlaps. We have a whole ‘Best Whisky for Burns Night’ guide here, but generally look for something a little sweet and spicy, with pepper, malt, and a little smoke – this will bring out the best in haggis. As long as you don’t go for anything too extreme in any direction, the Scotch should hold up against the dish and compliment it.

Shiraz

shiraz what should i drink with haggis the three drinkers

Red tends to match the spice and richness of haggis, and big jammy reds like Australian Shiraz work a treat. Try and find a bottle without high tannins so it doesn’t compete too much, enough acidity to cut through all that richness, and fruity sweetness to contrast with the peppery spice.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 14%
Find here: £12.99

Rhône Syrah

syrah what should i drink with haggis the three drinkers

Fruity, spice-laden Rhône Syrah, perhaps with a little Grenache, also goes well with haggis. We’re after bright juicy fruits, pepper, soft tannins, and a good crunch of acidity, which should all cut through, contrast, and compliment your feast in the right areas. The Grenache will bring some ripe sweetness to offset the savoury, richness, so something like this bottle is top notch.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 13%
Find here: £10.25

Viognier

viognier what should i drink with haggis the three drinkers

To provide something for everyone, a full and firm Viognier can fit the bill. Reds work better with the hearty, gamey flavour of haggis, but a full, firm Viognier will not disappoint. Ripe fruit lightens the peppery herbs in the dish, the viscosity suits the heft, but it doesn’t have the robust weight to crush the flavours either. It knows its place, essentially, offering a little support and a little something different.

Size: 750ml
ABV: 13%
Find here: £7.99

If you find a whisky that you love, and one doesn’t dominate haggis, then you will really ‘get’ why the combination is so magical, and whilst fully embracing the tradition. Take a look at our guide of the best options no matter your budget here. At the end of the day though, as always, drink whatever you like! Enjoy!

The Top 10 Winter Vodka Cocktails

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

Brown spirits tend to dominate winter cocktails, but as a neutral spirit, vodka is so adaptable and integrates into the winter flavours wonderfully. It’s punchy and serves as great mixology foundations to build delicious flavours on.

Homemade syrups show up in a few of the recipes below, so for a guide on how to make your own click here! It’s way easier than you might expect and can do amazing things for your cocktails.

Espresso Martini

espresso martini the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

All the polls show that this is the most popular winter cocktail in the UK, so we just had to include it. The seductive white foam of the meniscus, the rich flavour, the lusciously smooth mouthfeel – you’ve got no chance hibernating after a few of these.

Ingredients
40ml Vodka
25ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
25ml cooled espresso
½ tbsp simple syrup
Three coffee beans (garnish)

Method
Shake everything with ice and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass, before garnishing with a beautiful trio of coffee beans for that distinct look.

Hot ‘n’ Minty White Russian

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

Taking inspiration from the Espresso Martini, this is a sweeter version to warm your cockles. Velvety, deliciously sweet white-hot chocolate is cooled by peppermint syrup, all built on a foundation of robust vodka and rich espresso. It’s viscous, lively, and surprisingly light with the peppermint. A uniquely indulgent concoction indeed.

Ingredients
30ml vodka
25ml espresso shot
80ml white hot chocolate
15ml peppermint syrup
Whipped cream (optional garnish)

Method
As long as your espresso and white-hot chocolate are hot, there’s no need to heat everything else up because some room temp vodka and peppermint syrup will bring the temperature together nicely. It’s just a case of combining everything gently and finishing with some whipped cream for that extra special touch.

Dirty Martini

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

This is another winter favourite. Getting down and dirty with your Martini brings a fantastic savoury flavour, with a salty, olive-y profile. It’s about as far from the sweet, tropical cocktails of summer as it’s possible to get, but just as satisfying with it’s crisp, saltiness.

Ingredients
70ml vodka
25ml dry Vermouth
15ml pickle juice

Pickles (garnish)

Method
Stir all your ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and strain into a chilled Martini glass before finishing off with the signature pickle garnish. It might feel strange if this is your first, but chances are it won’t be your last.

Elderflower Cosmopolitan

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

We were going to include the standard Cosmo, because that is a stalwart of winter cocktails, but this elderflower version feels a touch more wintery and aromatic. Cocktails are about experimentation after all! The delicious elderflower liqueur brings a mellower, more fragrant, and floral flavour than the usual cranberry. It feels bright and the first sip is a real life to

Ingredients
45ml vodka
20ml elderflower liqueur
20ml pineapple juice
Dash of lemon
Dash of rose water (optional)
Basil (garnish)

All about the shaking here – get those arms pumping until your shaker feels cold to the touch, and strain over large ice cubes. Voila!

White Russian

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

How could we not? Made iconic in The Big Lebowski, it’s a dreamy combination of vodka, coffee liqueur and cream, resulting in sweet, velvety and undeniably delicious flavours. It’s heavy, indulgent, and loved by everyone, and perfect for wintertime.

Ingredients
60ml vodka
30ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
15ml heavy cream

Method
Mix everything together before pouring over ice in a small tumbler glass. You could sprinkle chocolate powder or add coffee beans, but keeping it bare like a snowcapped rooftop works great too.

Moscow Mule

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

The refreshment of a Moscow Mule makes it a summer classic, but the dominant ginger notes absolutely resonate with winter too. It’s one of the original cocktails that made use of vodka when it wasn’t mainstream, which is strange considering it’s now the most popular cocktail spirit. It’s punchy, spicy, and gorgeously light with that fizz.

Ingredients
50ml vodka
80ml ginger beer
Juice of half a lime
Lime wedge (garnish)

Method
You don’t have to have the copper mug, but it really completes the Mule, and keeps it super cool. Just pour vodka and lime juice into the mug over ice, top up with ginger beer and finish with a lime wedge.

Cranberry and Pomegranate Punch

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

This is one for those winter gatherings saving you the hassle of individual cocktails. It straddles tartness and sweetness perfectly, tasting super refreshing with fruity fizz. As with any punch, you can sort of throw anything in, but we think the balance below is harmonious.

Ingredients (jug)
300ml cranberry juice
350ml pomegranate juice
350ml sparkling wine
100ml vodka
70ml cranberry syrup
2tbsp grenadine
10 mint leaves
4 lime wedges
fresh cranberries and lime (garnish)

Method
Muddle the mint first and fill the bottom of the jug with ice. After that, slowly stir everything except the sparkling wine which you should add last to keep the bubbles going. Scattered in cranberries and lime for brightness, and you’re away.

Pear and Elderflower Collins

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

A classic Tom Collins is an all-round cocktail, but this fruity makeover really takes it to the next level. Pear puree brings the freshness and pear liqueur brings the sweetness. It’s the lightest, fruitiest cocktail out there and vodka is perfect just to add some steel.

Ingredients (jug)
50ml vodka
15ml elderflower liqueur
2 tsp pear liqueur
25ml pear puree
20ml lemon juice
15m honey
Sparkling water to top up
Pear slice and cinnamon (garnish)

Method
Shake everything but the soda in a shaker with ice until it feels cold, and strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Once you’ve added the sparkling water, be gentle with the stirring to combine. Add a thin slice of pear and a dust of cinnamon for the finishing touches.

Rosemary Fizz

the top 10 winter vodka cocktails the three drinkers

Rosemary is one of the key wintery scents, but it’s difficult to integrate into a cocktail. Here, it just adds an aromatic, herbal undertone to a mellow but vibrant mix of lemon juice, sparkling water and vodka. It is unbelievably refreshing, and so simple to pull together

Ingredients (jug)
50ml vodka
20ml lemon juice
20ml rosemary syrup
Top up with sparkling water
Rosemary and lemon twist (garnish)

Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, strain vodka, rosemary syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice over and top up with those bubbles. Rosemary sprig and lemon twist are a must.
