AN INCLUSIVITY MENTORSHIP FOR DRINKS LOVERS
APPLICATIONS OPEN 24th February 2025
DRINKLUSIVE is the drink industry’s first Inclusivity Mentorship aimed at increasing the representation of drinks personalities from all underrepresented communities. The program was founded by Aidy Smith and The Three Drinkers and is supported by industry leaders such as Jancis Robinson, The Gerard Basset Foundation, Decanter, Diablo (Concha y Toro), WSET, London Wine Fair and more.
Put simply, DRINKLUSIVE is about championing people from all walks of life to call the drinks industry their home. We know there are so many people out there who have a love for what’s in their glass but may feel hesitant to take that next step because they don’t feel there are many people like them in the industry.
Think of us as an inclusivity incubator for drinks lovers. Our intention is to promote equity by supporting remarkable people from underrepresented communities. We will help you to build your credibility, qualifications and personal brand in the drink’s world through learning, writing and creating content. By the end of the 9-month program, you’ll have all the tools you need to progress to the next steps of your desired career in drinks, whatever that may be!
We’ll guide you via educational programs and paid content creation alongside 1-1 learning and mentoring sessions with our DRINKLUSIVE Mentors, who are some of the brightest minds in the industry. You’ll gain invaluable knowledge and contacts all the while building your personality and platform within the drink’s communication world.
