Ingredients: 
25ml Courvoisier VSOP Cognac 
120ml Champagne
1 Sugar Cube
2 dashes Angostura Bitters 
 Method
Soak the sugar cube in bitters, drop into the glass, add cognac and top with Champagne. Finally, garnish with a lemon swathe. Glass: Coupe.
