Helena Nicklin
Helena is an award-winning freelance wine, spirits and no-low writer, wine consultant, drinks influencer, TV presenter, podcaster and judge for various international wine awards. You can find her on social media @HelenaSips.
With seventeen years in the drinks industry and a stint at drama school, Helena specialises in communicating with exploring consumers through written articles for various consumer titles, radio appearances, podcasting, live events and engaging video content. She writes regularly for Luxurious Magazine and The Sun amongst other titles and can regularly be found talking about drinks on talkRADIO.
A working mother of two young children, Helena is a strong supporter of female empowerment in a typically male- dominated industry.
Aidy Smith
Aidy Smith, is an award-winning TV presenter, speaker and journalist with a particular focus on wine, spirits, no-low, lifestyle, travel and diversity topics.
Aidy proudly flies the flag for LGBTQ+ communities and those with disabilities. He is one of the only TV presenters in the world with Tourette syndrome, actively pushing to raise awareness on this topic. Since 2017 he has written a wine and spirits column for The Independent (UK & USA) alongside being the Global Brand Ambassador for Vivino, the world’s largest wine marketplace and community with over 50 million users. His work can also be seen across a number of publications including METRO, Daily Mail, The Guardian, i Newspaper, The Telegraph, Daily Mirror and more.
He has spent his career developing a fun mind-set to drinks and has one of the largest (and verified) Instagram followings (@sypped) in Europe for a drink’s personality. He is known for his interactive guides, ABC education, masterclasses and witty approach to drinks as he also frequently advises and consults brands on their various digital and consumer strategies.
